He is survived by his loving wife Sue, his two daughters Jacqueline and Julia, beloved Niles and Frasier, and the rest of his family (Marty, Helen, Jim) and friends. He is predeceased by his parents, aunts Jean, Alice, sister Louise & baby brother “Gene.”
Jack was born in Vancouver to John Edward and Elizabeth Huck on June 25th, 1949. He lived in Vancouver all his life, working as a lithographer for 38 years at Evergreen Press, Ronalds Printing & Quebecor.
Jack met his beautiful wife 45 years ago. She taught him how to love and how to be an amazing father to his children. They recently celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary together.
His children were always supported by him. His love will be remembered forever and passed on for generations to come.
Although, his humour would sometimes get him in trouble, it was so unique and appreciated. His passion for sports was instilled in his daughters, and many happy moments will be remembered watching games together.
We will carry these memories and others with us always. He gave everything he could to his family until the end. He was so loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
As we say goodbye, we will cherish him in our memories and remember him as the good person that he was, the great father and husband that he was and all the wonderful times spent together.
We will be having a celebration of life in his honour 1pm, Sunday August 25th, 2024 at Fraser River Park (8705 Angus Drive).
