Born in Hoy Ping, Guangdong, China on November 25, 1935, Kee came to Vancouver when he was 13 years old. He worked at the B.C. Ferries for 33 years before retiring to spend more time with his family.
Kee is survived by his wife of 59 years, Celine, his oldest son Robert (Wendy), his two grandchildren Ryan and Jennifer, his older brother David, and many other relatives including nieces and nephews. Kee was predeceased by his youngest son Richard in 2018, and by an older brother and sister.
Family was the most important part of Kee’s life. He was devoted to them and was always there to lend a helping hand and a supportive ear. He loved spending time with them and always looked forward to family gatherings and trips.
Our beloved husband, father, grandfather is dearly missed, but will always be remembered in our hearts.
