Sunrise: December 17, 1969 – Sunset: November 8, 2025
It is with deep sadness we share the passing of Kimberly Ann Nahanee on November 8, 2025. She was most commonly known as ‘Kim’. Kim was born at Lions Gate Hospital on December 17, 1969, to her late parents Eileen Carol (nee: Rogers) and Richard Ronald Nahanee Sr. She grew up in North Vancouver, and Burnaby, BC. She attended St. Edmunds Elementary School, Ridgeway Elementary School, and Windsor Secondary School. Kim completed the Medical Office Admin Assistant program at Capilano College. She was best known for her bright red lipstick. She loved to collect stickers and wanted to be a model in her younger years. Kim was confident, enjoyed hanging out with her friends, and loved to dress up. She was a real princess. Her hair was something she took pride in, always making sure it was done. Kim enjoyed watching storage wars, and trashy TV. She will best be remembered for her confidence, loving nature, and big smile.
Kim will be dearly missed by her spouse Nicolas Young Bateman; sisters Annette Denise Nahanee, Dawn Marie Sherwood (Richard); brothers Ronald Barry Nahanee Jr.(Denise) , Darren Christopher Leonard Wade; father Leonard Wade; special sister Wendy Hampton; nieces and nephews Jennifer Michelle Nahanee, James Michael Nahanee, Amanda Ruth Nahanee, Jeffery Andrew Nahanee, Alicia Teresa Marie Nahanee, Ronald Richard Nahanee Jr., Christopher Darren Leonard Wade, Jessica Francisco, Garrett Chimick; great grand-nieces Avelynn, Catalina, Elliana; and many loving relatives and dear friends.
