Leonidas was born in Kato Petralona, Athens, Greece to Pantelis and Zoe. He later immigrated to Canada where he met and married his loving wife Merope.
Leonidas is survived by his wife of 59 years Merope, daughter Vasiliki, sons Padeli and Michael, grandchildren Maria (Petro) and Nicole. Great grandchildren Vagia and Gianni.
Leonidas had a long and full life and he leaves us with great memories. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 20th at 12:00 pm at St. George's Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 4500 Arbutus Street, Vancouver. Father Nikolaos Sideras officiating. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Burnaby.
