A visitation for Mr. Kwan will be held Wednesday, April 15, 2026 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel, 1835 E Hastings St, Vancouver, British Columbia, where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 10:00 am, and burial will follow at 12:00pm at Ocean View Burial Park, 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby, British Columbia.
