our beloved brother, Michael Alves Ferreira.
Michael was born in Toronto, Ontario, on March 8, 1958. He
unexpectedly died on May 14, 2026, at the age of 68.
“Mike”, the eldest son, was preceded in death by his parents,
Miguel Ferreira and Maria Alves Ferreira. He is survived by his
siblings, Maria (Lawrence) Wellman, Christine (Peter) Feldman
and Norman (Debora) Ferreira. He is also survived by nieces and
nephews, Pamela (Kell), Kirk, Rick, Colin (Siobhan), Jamie
(Sascha), Shayna and Tayana; as well as his great-niece, Fiadh.
Michael enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. He will be deeply
missed and forever remembered by family and friends who knew
and loved him.
A private family celebration of life will be held.
Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
