A funeral service for Phuong will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Hamilton Harron Funeral Home, 5390 Fraser Street, Vancouver, BC V5W2Z1. Following the funeral service will be a witness cremation from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Vancouver Crematorium, 5505 Fraser Street, Vancouver, BC V5W2Z3.
