Rita was born in Edmonton, Alberta, but her adopted hometown of Vancouver is where she enjoyed most of her life.
She will be sorely missed by her parents, her extended family and her son, the light and greatest love of her life.
Due to Covid-19, a small service will be held for the immediate family. She will be placed to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
