Predeceased by wife, Mitsu ("Michiko"), & survived by daughters, Michiyo Kishiuchi, Mariko Lo (Henry), Izumi Low (Henry), Peggy Oyama (Loyal Mehrhoff), grandchildren, Kyle (Ashley), Sean (Lan), Mika (Wilfred), Kevin, & Laurie (boyfriend, Ricky), & great granddaughter, Kayla. Sam also Predeceased by siblings, Joe, Nobuyoshi, & George.
Visitation: Glenhaven Memorial Chapel, 1835 E. Hastings. Sat, Jan. 11th , 4-6 pm
Funeral: Vancouver Buddhist Temple, 220 Jackson Ave., Mon, Jan. 13th, 11 am. Note: Parking is limited so carpooling or public transit are suggested.
