Sheldon Lee Wilson "Gulbrandsen"

It is with the greatest sorrow that his family announces the passing of our son, brother, father, uncle and friend on February 16, 2024. Born June 19, 1983, Sheldon passed away at age 40. He was predeceased by his brother Bronson in 2014. He is survived by his parents Cori (Bruce Olmstead) and Darryl and his sister Demi-Marie as well as his beautiful son Ambrose who he loved beyond measure. He will be sadly missed by Ambrose’s mom Erica as well as his niece Aleiha and nephews Kash and Draco and step-siblings Kalee (Lorne) and Keith.

Sheldon was one of the funniest people you could ever hope to meet and was a master storyteller. He was the type of person where there was no mistaking when he was in the room. He was loud and outgoing and energetic, but he was also sensitive and passionate and kind. He was an amazing skateboarder from a really young age and throughout his life, his board never left his side. Inheriting the artist family gene, Sheldon always had a paint pen in his pocket ready to put his mark on the world. He loved fiercely and wasn’t afraid to express it. He had a capability to befriend everyone, and his best friends became his family. He truly just wanted everyone to be happy.
