Mr. Thomas Luke McConnell was born on October 9th, 1979, in North York, Ontario, and passed away on June 26th, 2023, in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the age of 43 years. Thomas will be remembered most for his mischievous personality, his loyalty, generosity and willingness to help others in need. Thomas is predeceased by his father Dennis, and is survived by his mother Maureen (Ian), sister Melanie (Iain), brothers Robert (Mischa), Dennis, Aaron, sister Heather (Derek), brother Stephen (Carol), and nieces and nephews Talula, Emily, Lachlan, Alyssa, Delilah, Jacinta, Robert, Noah, Leah and Joshua as well as many loving family and friends.
