Warren was raised in Calgary, Richmond & Vancouver, graduated Steveston High School.
He worked in construction, achieved his Certified Safety Officer (CSO). He worked well with superintendents, and many trades. Some days he had as many as 300 workers to check into work.
Warren leaves behind his mother Betty, his brother Lance, sister-in-law Karen, and many friends and family in BC and Alberta.
