William was born on November 3, 1958 in Victoria B.C. and passed away on February 23, 2024 in Vancouver, B.C. at the age of 65 years. William will be remembered most for his intelligence and his fierce determination to live an independent and peaceful life.
William is predeceased by his Parents, William and Mary, and is survived by his siblings Robert and Laura (Michael), Niece Amanda, and Nephew David.
