

David Harold Pittman passed away quietly at home May 20, 2017. He was born November 11, 1936 in Albany, Missouri to Pearl and Richard Pittman. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, Brother Richard and Sister Jeanie.
David is survived by his wife, Deni at the family home. David also leaves behind 2 wonderful sons, Kirk Pittman (Mary) of Henderson, NV; Larry Pittman (Dea) of Vancouver, WA; 3 fantastic daughters, Evelyn Bar of Vernonia, Julie O’Conner and Penny Gudino (Louie) of California, grandchildren Lynn and her brother Matt, who David helped raise and 2 step-children, Jodi from Montana and Tracy living in Anacortes, WA. Along with his children, David will be missed by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and his many friends, especially Tony Green.
David drove professionally most of his life. He loved moving folks to their new locations throughout the United States in his Allied Moving truck. This career brought him joy because he loved to travel, see new places, meet and make new friends along his way. He later drove bus for Trimet where he later retired from.
He was well known throughout the Portland and Vancouver area at the poker tables. He loved his friends, had a great laugh and enjoyed a good joke. He was a genuine sweet soul and his presence will be missed at the tables.
