Jane is survived by her loving wife, Shelley; son, David C. (Julie) Phelps, M.D.; granddaughters, Audrey and Cathy Phelps; sister, Kaye (Robert) Matthews; and cousin, Mary Beth (Charlie) Kitchens.
A celebration of Jane’s life will be from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, Saturday, March 10th at the Elks Lodge #823, 11605 SE McGillivray Blvd., Vancouver, WA 98683.
In lieu of flower, memorial donations are appreciated to Martha’s Pantry and the Audria M. Edwards Scholarship Fund.
