Parents: Archie and Irene Davis and Sy Bell. Joe is survived by Kathrine Bell, his daughter, Lily Bell and grandchildren, Meshel’le and Maceo Bell; four brothers: Alfred “Al”, Benny, Greg and Archie Jr.; five sisters: Tarline, Pamela, Marilyn, Theresa and Diane and a slew of nieces and nephews.
Memorial services are being held at Vancouver Funeral Chapel, July 13, 2012 at 1:00pm with a reception to follow at the hove of Scott and Diane White.
