Lillian is survived by her children, Mary (Ruben) Carter, Dona (Bob) Cooper and Bob Powell; grandchildren, Steve Carter, Kim Cooper, Dianna Lawrence, Rebecca Kilbreath and Joshua Powell; sister, Louise Hagood; step-brother, Wayne Shipp; 9 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jim Powell in 2005.
A memorial service for Lillian will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 16th at Vancouver Church of Christ. Interment took place October 19th at Northwood Park in Ridgefield.
