Michelle Renee Neal (St. Mars)

July 28, 1978April 16, 2021

Michelle Renee Neal (St.Mars), 42, of Vancouver, WA, peacefully ended her 7 year battle with breast cancer at home on April 16, 202, with her loving husband by her side. She was born July 28, 1978 in Irving, Texas. She is survived by her husband Ryan St.Mars of Vancouver. She is also survived by her father Roger L. Neal, her mother Donna Lawrence and her children Kira Gray and Austin Gray from her previous marriage to Tony Gray in 1997. She also has 4 surviving brothers: Justin Neal, Cody Neal, Caleb Neal, and Jonathan Neal. She graduated from Evergreen High School in 1997. Michelle loved staying at home then later took a job with Chartwells preparing school lunches at Columbia Valley Elementary where her children attended. She cared deeply for her children and spent most of her life caring for them and many of her family and friends. She was a true breast cancer "ass kicker" and fought hard. She never gave up the fight. She loved cooking, especially with her husband who shared the same. Her favorite place was the beach and dreamed of returning to Maui. Michelle's beautiful smile and caring spirit touched many people's lives. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered in the hearts of her family and friends.

So sorry to hear of Michelle's passing. I had fun working with her at Columbia Valley Elementary - she was especially fun to tease!! Michelle was funny, kind, and had a beautiful, kind heart. And I will always remember her absolutely gorgeous long hair. Rest in peace dear one.

Michelle, I'm so sorry you had to leave us way too soon. You will be missed by so many. You touched many, many lives and will forever be remembered. I loved working with you at Columbia Valley. I always tell everyone you were the best assistant I ever had and I loved your dedication to the job and the kids. You truly are an amazing angel. Thank you for being a part of my life. Your memory will live on.

I met Ryan and Michelle about the time she found out about her breast cancer.
I spent two Interactions with Michelle. When I 1st met her it was at a mutual friend's memorial service and then a gathering with our mutual friends spouse. Michelle was very kind to me in those two times of spending time together.
I'm sorry she had to be taken so young but happy she's isn't suffering.
Hugs to Ryan, her family and friends.
Be free Michelle. Say hello to Natalie for me.
