Fred L. Dunn

Fred is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Joyce (Rector) Dunn, son, Todd (Ember) Dunn, of Englewood, FL, and daughter, Suzanne (Paul) Park of Englewood, FL and eight grandchildren, Michaelah Shults (Griffin), Reagan Park, Todd Park, Eligio Perez-Dunn, Isabella Park, John Perez-Dunn, Gabryella Dunn, and Brady Dunn. He was predeeded in death by daughter Aimee.

Fred and Joyce were married in October 1966 and moved to Sarasota in 1969. In 1971, Fred moved his family to Englewood when operating the Englewood Isles water treatment facility. Soon after, Fred started his own successful business, which he turned over to his daughter in 2003. He ended his working career as a Sarasota County School custodian, where he happily maintained several local schools.

Fred’s memorial service will be Saturday, Sept. 4, 2021, at 1:00 pm at the Living Hope Church, 881 S. River Rd, Englewood, FL 34223. Fellowship to follow immediately after the service at the church.
