Born on August 17, 1948 in Salina, KS, he was preceded in death by his parents, Marcellus and Frances Bieker and a son Stephen Andrews. Fred is survived by his wife, Cathy of Venice, FL, daughter Vickie (Darik) Freeman of Osprey, FL, Sisters, Sandy (Mike) Rafferty of Albuquerque, NM, Debbie Bieker of Salina, KS, Grandchildren, Coree Andres of Soddy Daisy, TN, Noah Freeman of Osprey, FL, great grandchildren, Aubree and Liam. Fred will be laid to rest with honors at Sarasota National Cemetery at a later date.
