She is preceded in passing by her Parents Leonard and Martha Neely, the love of her life, Husband, Leonard Smith, daughter in-law Jody Smith and her 8 siblings.
She is survived in death by Daughter Barb (Daryl) Emrick, Son Leonard Eugene Smith, Daughter Dorothy (Donald) Goins. Six grandchildren and Thirteen great-grandchildren.
