Lena Donovan, age 83 of Englewood, Florida, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at Tidewell Venice Hospice House. She is survived by her loving family, lifetime partner James Vincent; children Doug (Gail) Lloyd, Kathy (John) Davis, Ken (Michelle) Lloyd and Dwayne (Diane) Lloyd; grandchildren Doug Jr., Kyleigh, Beth, Katie, Jack, Jessie, Amanda, Derek and Joshua; sister Rita "Ritie" Jones and a sister-in-law Jean Swansburg. She is also survived by several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband William Donovan siblings John "Jackie" Swansburg, Stewart MacNaughton, and sister Mary Goguen. A memorial visitation will be held for Lena at Gulf Pines Memorial Park, 2401 Englewood Road, Englewood FL 34223 on Monday, July 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. with a memorial service at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Tidewell Hospice or the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
