March 11, 1955 – September 19, 2026
Paul Henry was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to his mother, Phyllis Henry, and his father, Willis Henry. Paul passed at 3:16 p.m., which mirrored the Bible verse John 3:16.
Paul is survived by his wife, Angie, whom he married on November 19, 1998; his son, Paul Michael; his daughter, Jamie Hlebak; and eight grandchildren. He is also survived by his two sisters, Marguerite and Frances, and his brother, Steve.
Having started his life in Ohio, Paul was an enthusiastic freshwater fisherman. After moving to Florida in the early 1980s, he converted to saltwater fishing. His continued love of being on the water gave him solace and calm.
Among Paul’s other hobbies was his eclectic collection of knives and stereo equipment. He was fondly known as “Gadget Guy” for his passion for tinkering with his cherished finds.
An “over the road” trucker by trade, Paul was sidelined by disabilities but was a good provider for his family and his fur babies: Cici, Gypsy, and BooBoo. Paul took great pride in any task he undertook and showed his down-to-earth nature with no pretense. He enjoyed a casual lifestyle and dress code.
Paul will be sorely missed by his family and friends. Services will be in Cleveland, with interment of his ashes at the family plot.
Drive straight and true, Paul. We pray the highway is clear for your final “over the road” haul to your last destination. Rest in peace and love.
