Richard lived a long and meaningful life, devoted to his family and those he loved. He will be remembered for his strength, kindness, wisdom, and the many memories he created throughout his years.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Rebecca Brennan Kaiser of Altoona; his son, Rodney Dean of Las Vegas; and his stepson, Jeffrey Richard Paul Dean of Northern Florida.
Richard also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren: Brittany Kaiser, Payge Kaiser, Krista Fowler (Dean), Tori Dean, Sabana Dean, Nicole Maun, Patricia Dean, Katrina Sandoval (Stoner), Jeffrey Richard Paul Dean II, Duane Dean, Bryan Dean, Charles Brooks, and Jordan Dean, along with several beloved nieces and nephews.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His legacy of family, love, and resilience will continue to live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
