

Deborah Yvonne Coleman, 54, of Santa Paula, passed away, Sunday morning, July 28, 2013, at her home, following a brief illness. She was born November 19, 1958 in Pasadena, California to Clyde Laurence Morgan and Ruth Diane (Netz) Morgan. Deborah had been a Ventura County resident for eighteen years, relocating from Diamond Bar, California.
Deborah was a homemaker and loved to bake, especially during the Christmas season. Her family and friends delighted in her “unforgettable fudge and cookies.” She enjoyed painting landscapes and tending to her flower and vegetable gardens. Deborah had been a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Ventura.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, and is survived by her husband of thirteen years, James Patrick “Pat” Coleman of Santa Paula; children, Richard Greer of California, Ryan Greer of California, Sean Coleman of California, Jimmy Coleman of Texas, Gary Coleman of Texas and Shannon Rutledge of Texas. She also leaves behind several grandchildren, Hailee Rutledge, Austin Coleman Rutledge, R.J. Rutledge, Brittney Coleman, Piper Coleman, and Timothy Coleman all of Texas, also Samuel Greer and Jonathan Hansen of California. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Chanteal in 1991.

A Memorial service will take place on Wednesday, July 31, 2013, 6:30 P.M., at the Church of the Nazarene, 365 South Seaward Avenue, Ventura.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Ted Mayr Funeral Home, 3150 Loma Vista Road, Ventura.
