

Fran attended USC where she was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority.
She met and married Richard F. Page in 1948. Together they volunteered much of their time as YMCA Camp Directors in Thousand Oaks and in Santa Barbra; they both served on the Los Angeles Council of the YMCA. Fran and Dick enjoyed traveling and had visited many countries abroad as well as travel in the United States. Since Dick’s passing in 2002, Fran has continued her travels with both her son and daughter.
Fran was a long time member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Ventura where she served on the Alter Guild and was a member of Daughters of the King and the Episcopal Women’s Club.
She is survived by her son, John M. Page of Santa Monica; daughter, Kathryn “Katie” Page Costa of Santa Maria; grandsons, Eric James Rice and wife, Celine of Grass Valley and Tony Luke Costa of Morro Bay; great-grandsons, Ezra Rice and Griffyn Rice of Grass Valley
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 7, 2015, 10 AM, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 3290 Loma Vista Road, Ventura, with the Reverend Susan Bek officiating. A reception will follow in Kahler Hall.
