You're still here in my heart and mind,
still making me laugh cause your stories live on.
I hold you in a thought and I can feel you.
I feel you and this gives me strength and courage.
The tears I have cried for you could flood the earth
and I know you have wiped each one away.
For you Brother, I promise you this,
I will go on with my life and make you proud. I will always hold you in my heart.
I promise you I will be missing you everyday till the end of time,
but this is not my end and I can't hold my head underwater....I need to breathe.
I need to love and miss you, but I also need to live because through me you will live,
you will still laugh and love,
you will still sing and dance,
you will still hug and kiss.
You will forever be in our lives,
you will forever be a brother,
a son,
an uncle
and friend.
I am going to miss your shining face
I think of you and wonder why?
I might cry or smile,
but at the end of the day I am one day closer to you....
I love you Jake

I take comfort in knowing that now I have another special guardian angel to watch over our family. Love you always Brother. Rest in Paradise!

Jake was an amazing boy and man. I have known him for a little over 10years. I am blessed to have called him my best friend. At the same time it was so much more than that, we were inseparable, when I look back and think of high school memories his face is the only thing I see. Every high school dance every party every lunch break, just all day everyday we were together. It's as if we were soulmates in a past life. He was a huge goofball, you could be having the worst day but the moment you saw his face you couldnt help but light up and laugh!! Our memories could go on for years...I miss him so much and still can not believe this tragedy. You will always be a part of me. Joker forever and always, I love you!!

Loosing Jake is a huge lose to all of us that have known him. He grew up in my neighborhood and I had the honor of watching him grow into a really good man with alot of heart and a lust for life. Some of my fondest memories of Jake are fishing together with him and his dad.
Jake, you will never be forgotten, love you kid.

I was known to Jake as Aunt Reb..and the memories of watching Jake grow up will always be cherished in my heart. He was an awesome little boy who grew up to be an awesome young man. I am truly saddened...and our families hearts have been ripped out, but the only relief I hold onto, is that he's now with Grandma Kathy, Aunt Pat, Grams, Aunt Keri's kids and cousin Bob and all the other loved ones that preceded him. Heaven just became a better place...if you can imagine that. I love you Jake....I love you.
