After a long struggle with illness, “Kat” passed away on May 28. Kat was born and raised in Seattle, WA and was married to Thomas D. Okada, who preceded her in death in 2013. She is the proud mother of two daughters, Tori, 18 and Tami, 17. She is also survived by her brothers, Kerry, Timothy and Lynn of Washington State. No public service scheduled.
