Katrina Anne Rose White

She was born on March 20, 2012 weighing 6lbs. 12 oz. and giving the doctors a good challenge being labeled “beautiful, alive and feisty.” With all her spunk and fight, it wouldn’t have been shocking to see more red highlights in her soft strawberry blonde hair appear as she grew to add to her beauty, already seen in her big, soft-green eyes.

Katrina brought many people together in her short life here. She gave much hope and love to all those she came in contact with either personally or those who learned her fighting story from her blog (www.facebook.com/FollowingKatrinaWhite) and through word of mouth.

She is survived by her parents, Timothy and Brittany White along with many other extended family members, including her Grandma Sydney, Nana Cindy, and Gramps (Art J. Remnet).

Tim and Brittany would like everyone who has had some contact with Katrina and/or their story to picture their little Butterfly Angel Baby now having the other half of her heart back as she runs around chasing the butterflies on the rolling green, grassy hills of Heaven with her other family members up there like her Papa/Grandpa White (Mark D. White) and her daddy’s godfather, Mike Rowe.

This Sunday, April 15th, at 3:00 P.M., is Katrina's Celebration of Life. Service will take place at the Ventura Reality Church, 1954 Goodyear Avenue. Please feel free to come, all we ask is please wear as minimal black as possible as we want to make it a celebration of life more than a dwelling on Katrina's passing.
