Nellie Aileen Butler

Nellie Aileen Butler, 93, passed away on November 16, 2010 at the Los Robles Care Center in Ojai after a brief illness. She was born in Texas on March 1, 1917. At an early age she moved to Oklahoma. She married Raymond Butler in 1938 and they moved to Ventura in 1942.

She enjoyed camping, fishing and playing cards.

Aileen was preceded in death by her husband Raymond.

She is survived by her sons, Charles Butler and wife Shirley of Stockton, CA, Arnold Butler and wife Mary of Ventura, Howard Butler and wife Sharyn of Prescott Valley, AZ and Ricky Butler and wife Gwen of Paso Robles, CA; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 19 with funeral services 11:00 am. Saturday, November 20, both at Charles Carroll Funeral Home, 15 Teloma Dr., Ventura. 642-8134. Interment will follow at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park.
