Pamela Jean Carse

Pam was born to John and Wanda Wojdyla in Chicago, Illinois on August 18, 1951. She was the third child born with Peter, Paulette, and Patricia being her siblings. The family was proud of their Polish heritage and attended Catholic school as they grew up in the neighborhoods of South Chicago.

Upon the birth of her only son Christopher, she followed her heart to Ventura County in 1969 and never looked back. With the help of family and many friends, Pam established a life in Southern California. She met and loved Patrick Carse who made sure everything was going to work out in her life. Pat and Pam were married for more than 35 years while living in Ventura. She established herself as a dedicated employee to a few companies in the accounting field. Pam worked for Good Sam for more than 20 years. She enjoyed being with, and a part of her son Christopher’s, and her treasured grandchildren Zoe and Lyndsey’s lives. Pam showed a strong love and loyalty to family and the life she had created. She was always around to help out with the Car Club and the cars Pat restored and built. When not spending time with family and friends she enjoyed playing bingo and her time at the casinos.

She is survived by her husband, Pat Carse (Ventura, CA); brother, Peter and Jan Wojdyla (Tucson AZ); sisters, Paulette and John Francen (Tucson AZ), and Patricia Wendling (Tucson AZ); son, Christopher and Beverly Januszewski (Ventura, CA); and her adored grandchildren, Zoe (Worcester, MA), and Lyndsey (Ventura, CA) Januszewski.

A celebration of Pam’s life will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019, 2:30 P.M., at the Ted Mayr Funeral Home, 3150 Loma Vista Road, Ventura, CA, 93003.
