

Wyneth Ann Gosaynie, 71, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 24, 2014, in Ventura following a stroke. Wyneth was a recent breast cancer survivor and was looking forward to supporting various breast cancer groups. Known to her friends as Wendy, she was born August 19, 1943, to the late Donald and Flora Tims. She relocated to Southern California in 1968.
Wendy was a talented and passionate pastel artist for many years. She was employed as a kitchen designer for The Home Depot retiring in 2012. Wendy was enjoying her retirement and spending time with her children and grandchild. She was a longtime member of Ventura Pastel Society. Wendy was planning on returning to work part-time as a histologist in a local doctor’s office.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Gosaynie; son, Justin Gosaynie; and grand-daughter, Madison Baer-Gosaynie.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in Wendy’s name.
Memorial services for Wendy will be held 2:00 P.M. at the Ted Mayr Funeral Home, 3150 Loma Vista Road, Ventura on Saturday, November 15, 2014.
