The world has lost a kind, caring and gentle man. We are so saddened by Uncle Diab's passing. I will miss so much talking with Uncle on the phone and listening to his wonderful stories. He was such a comfort to Mom and it always made her smile when he called. The minute she heard his voice, she cheered up as they shared funny stories of old times. Uncle had a gift of listening and accepting people for who they are. It was so easy to talk with him. We will miss Uncle so much but we rejoice that he is basking in the light and love of God. Rest in peace now, Uncle Diab and know how much we all loved you.

We are praying for all of you, knowing how very much you will all miss your Dad.

Dear cousins,

Our dear Abou Marwan was such a kind person! You have described him so well in the obituary : he was so unselfish, loving, trustworthy and generous! He loved life, good food and good company...and loved so much the 6 of you!
He will forever be remembered; how can we forget his contagious laughs and his warm "ya ahlan was sahlan".
My heart is saddened by your loss.
Thinking of you ! He will be dearly missed and will remain in our hearts forever.

Love to all the Aboukhater Family.
