Died peacefully on Dec 2 at lakehore general Hospital pointe claire. Daughter of Luke Clinton and Elizabeth Hopkinson. Doris was a member of St. Finnans church in Alexandria Ontario and St.Thomas More in Verdun, Quebec.
She was one of the first women working as a printer. She started her career at the Charlottetown Patriot newspaper, then moved to the Montreal Herald.She loved to lawn and alley bowl. She was an active volunteer in Alexandria, Ontario where she lived for many years. She will be dearly missed by her sons Michael Mutz and Frederick Mutz and dauhter-in-law Wendy,sisters Jean and Ruth, also many neices and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased husband Frederick Mutz , a sister Mary, brothers Eldon, Art, Louis, Elmer, Maurice, Lorne, Earl, John, and Lloyd.
