My condolences to the family.  I knew Arnie as he was known in teenage years.  We had many adventures together including hitch hiking across eastern Canada.  He was a great friend and I remember his great boisterous laugh.  I missed him when he left TB to go to BC to live on the commune.  He will be greatly missed.

May all of Arnie's significant contributions to the Vernon Buddhist Temple, the Jodo Shinshu Buddhist Temples of Canada, to the greater communities to which he belonged and to the World act as a lasting memorial to all his good efforts and solid friendships with so many people. We will remember him as a wonderful friend.

My deepest sympathy to Deb and family. Arnie will be missed by so many of us. He was a good man and I will truly miss hearing his hearty laugh. Love Christine and Brent.
