Elizabeth Mary Devore

Passed away suddenly on August 29, 2011 at the age of 81 years. Nana, as she was affectionately known, leaves behind to mourn her passing, 2 daughters, Kathleen (Frank) and Joan (Henry); grandchildren Paul (Cindy), Jennifer (Derkan), and Laura; great grandchildren Blake and Jenna; special friend and adopted daughter Shannon; as well as nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Betty was predeceased by her husband and best friend, Don and brother Dode MacAulay. A private family graveside service will be held in Surrey on Tuesday, September 6 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Betty may be made to the BC SPCA, Vernon and District Branch, 4800 Haney Road, Vernon, BC V1H 1P8.
