Carl was such a good sport and a gentle soul. Memories flooded in seeing him stand on the stage with a comedian while the family was on a cruise to Alaska. He took the teasing in stride and we all had a good laugh, with Carl smiling the whole time!
Another memory was watching and listening to his family’s DeMange Orchestra at weddings, admiring all their talent and seeing Carl playing his saxophone. As a young kid, he was a rock star to me. We will miss you Carl.

My sympathies to Diana and Family, and to all of the DeMange Family,
It's been years since I've seen Carl, but he still has the same great smile. We were neighbors until we moved to north of Osgood in 1957, but we still saw the DeMange family frequently at church, etc. The DeMange Orchestra - fantastic!! The memories keep flowing back.
I will keep all of you in my prayers.

Please know that the entire Ray & Emma Kunk family send our deepest sympathies. It makes our hearts smile to think of all those good times we neighbor kids had "south of Yorkshire" so many years ago. May Carl rest in God's hands and your sorrow heal.

Well always remember the times as kids that we would go to Uncle Paul's and the kids would always 'strike up the band'. We all loved to sing and had such a good time. Two of our favorite songs were "On Top of Old Smokey" (and of course the parody of it -- On top of spaghetti all covered with cheese; I lost my poor meatball when somebody sneezed) and always ending the evening of fun with "Show Me the Way to go Home" Will always remember Carl's smile. Such fun times when we were kids!
My condolences to Diana and all the family. May our God comfort you with peace and fond memories as you begin this new chapter.

My Godfather and Uncle Carl has joined his family and friends in heaven and will be dearly missed! I picture him making music and having a blast with those who have gone before him, including my dad! He always had a smile on his face that would light up a room! I have been blessed to call Diana and Carl not only my Aunt and Uncle, but my Godparents! My deepest and most sincere thoughts and prayers go out to Aunt Diana, Cindi & Chris and family, Carla, Craig & Carrie and family, Chad & Cecelia and family and the DeMange brothers and sisters! Heaven gained an angel! Rest in heaven Uncle Carl!
