Dale Edward Monnin age 62, of Versailles passed away at 11:57AM on Sunday, March 7, 2021, in Dayton. Dale was born June 24, 1958, in Greenville to Doris (Subler) Monnin of Versailles and the late Carl Monnin. In addition to his father, Dale is also preceded in death by his grandparents, Felix & Bertha Subler and Clarence & Anna Monnin. In addition to his mother, Dale is survived by his siblings, Michael & Jean Monnin of Pickerington, Linda (Monnin) & William Spahr of Versailles, Jeffrey & Linda Monnin of Centerville and Lisa (Monnin) & Robert Homan of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; and numerous nieces and nephews. Dale was a truck driver at Wooten & Sons Trucking in Versailles. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles with Rev. Fr. Jim Duell celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Valbert Cemetery in Versailles. There will be a private family gathering at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles.
