Rose Ella Thiebeau

Rose Ella Thiebeau, age 80 of Versailles, Ohio passed away peacefully at 5:45 AM on Wednesday February 7, 2024 at the EverHeart Hospice Care Center, Greenville, Ohio. Born in Puden, Kentucky on March 15, 1943 she was a daughter to the late John & Beatrice (Mason) Gibson. Rose was a CNA and retired from the Brethren’s Retirement Community in Greenville. In her free time she enjoyed playing bingo, bowling and spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers Robert Gibson, Charles Gibson: sisters Brenda Ross, Patsy Rodrigues: siblings in childhood Donald Clifford and Thelma Sue: brother-in-law Tom Routzan.

Survived by her husband of 45 years, Ronald Thiebeau, whom she married in October of 1978: daughters Vestina Thiebeau, Jacquelyn Thiebeau: grandchildren Evan, Noah and Ella: siblings Mary Routzan, Linda & Donald Gudakunst, Ronald & Diana Gibson: as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on the family from 9:00 – 11:00 AM on Monday February 12, 2024 at the Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles. A funeral service will follow at 11 AM with Pastor Todd Reish presiding.
