Dear Karen and Lorrie:  Although we were in Victoria when we read about your sister/sister-in-law, we were extremely busy with family and another funeral.  Belatedly, Beverley joins me in sending our sympathy.  I remember you mentioning Barbara when you and I were in the same class at high school.  Also, the reunion committee of MVHS Grad'62 send their sincere condolence.

My sincere condolences to Don and family. I always think of Barb when I see an airplane fly over as she shared a story about her relatives who were involved in inventing the airplane. Miss your smile, your kindness and you at the Mini Club meetings.  Lena

Sweet Aunt  Barbara was a joy to know and spend time with. She truly was dedicated to her son, Kelly, and his family. YOU COULD SEE THE LOVE IN HER SMILE.  We will miss her and always have fond memories of our visits with her in Victoria.

I will miss my dear cousin Barbara as well.  She always had such a twinkle in her eye and a dry sense of humour about her family and life around her.  She loved her summers spent at Shuswap and I too will always remember times spent there with my beautiful cousin.   You will be missed a great deal cousin Barbara. There will be an empty chair at the table this Christmas season but we will gather and celebrate a life well lived.  Rest in peace dear sister. Condolences to Don, Kelly, Gurjit, Regan, and Morgan.

Barb was a kind and special lady who I will always remember as a great supporter and helper of other miniaturists. She always lent a helping hand or had wonderful advice, and nothing was too much trouble. I will always remember her fondly.

My heart is saddened by the loss of my beautiful cousin Barb. She was a warm and positive woman who loved her family deeply.  She was such a contributor to our family reunions and summer fun in Eagle Bay.  I was so inspired the way she wasn't afraid to fire up a chainsaw or build a rock wall.  A Whitehead woman thru and thru.  May she rest in peace. I will never forget her.
