Barbara passed away on Wednesday August 31, 2022 born in 1935 at Victoria General Hospital.
Barb loved her family and her home. For decades she hosted regular Sunday dinners and endless family celebrations at her house, where people would gather to talk, eat and laugh together. She had a great sense of humour, artistic talent, and a curious mind. She painted and embroidered pictures, loved singing with her sister, and did Tai Chi. Barb was known for her kindness and compassion. She accepted everyone as they were and never spoke negatively of others. She was a gentle and loving spirit. We will miss her very much.
Predeceased by: Her husband, Wilf Parsons, and her parents Dorothy and Charles.
Survived by: Barb leaves behind her sons Chuck and Bob (Virginia); her siblings Virginia, Jack and Wayne (Cynthia); two grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
