Carolyn (Pearson) Lloyd, born October 23, 1946, passed comfortably in the early hours of December 19 after a long battle with Parkinson’s related dementia. She will forever be remembered by her loving husband Rick and sons, Brad (Jennifer, Jane, Amy) and Brendan (Michael, Adelaide, Brinley).
Her dedication to family and friends will be sorely missed. Her four granddaughters will remember her fondly and reminisce about the amazing times they shared with her. Carolyn spent decades supporting Victoria’s Scouts Canada organization along with numerous community service programs.
She was never one to shy away from an adventure and could often be found paddling along local shores or hiking ridge lines both near and far. Her quick wit and compassion never failed to put her boys in their place or heal whatever ills befell them.
We’ll miss you Mom.
