Kay was predeceased by the love of her life Walter, her parents Gordon and Ida, her brothers Robert and Eric and her son-in-law Steye.
The most important thing in life to Kay was her family. She was a brave, independent, kind, and beautiful lady who always wanted the best for people.
She will be greatly missed by her sister Rita (Jim), children Wendy (Darrell), Deanna and Kevin, her beloved grandchildren Saskia (Brandon), Nick and Graysen, and her beautiful great granddaughters Quinn and Ruby and her many nieces and nephews and extended family.
Kay could be found watching her favourite British TV shows while crocheting and sewing beautiful mementos for her family. She loved to travel, volunteered many hours with the Canadian Cancer Society and was the family historian.
