Choy Mee "May" Chow, loving wife and mother, was born in Pon Yee, China.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 54 years, Pui Leung, her sons Edward, Egan, Ritchie, and William, and daughter-in-law Catherine.
May was an avid gardener and enjoyed travelling the world. May & Pui Leung travelled extensively through Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.
