Emily has and will continue to shine her radiant light on everyone who was lucky enough to have had her in their life.  Her physical presence isn’t required to continue feeling her warmth and love, it is forever present because of her lasting impact on all of those around her.  To say she lit up a room would be an understatement- she made it glow and shimmer. I will forever cherish the memories I have with Em; touring around San Diego together, double date dinners,  ice cream dates at the beach, toughing it out in the sweaty Q centre cheering the boys on… all memories that I feel lucky enough to have forever. I know that the memories she shared with her family and loved ones will forever continue to hold warmth and love in the most meaningful ways. Until we are reunited with Emily, her light will be found in every sunrise, every sunset, and in the smiles we all share when thinking of her.

I was saddened to hear the heartbreaking news of Emily's passing.  

There is nothing I can say or do to help the loss be less painful, but wanted you to know my heart and thoughts are with all of you.  

Emily's spirit was so bright, beautiful, courageous and inspiring.  

The world we be a little less bright without her here.  Know that I am thinking of all of you.

Emily will be missed dearly. She was a ray of sunshine and beautiful soul who had the ability to light up a room with her presence. She brought joy, happiness and ample fun to many lives, and I will always remember her contagious smile, and her outgoing and delightful personality. 

Emily was truly one of a kind and I will forever be grateful for our friendship. I will always keep her in my thoughts and cherish the memories we shared together.
