Frieda immigrated from Austria in 1953, moving from Toronto to Victoria. A talented hostess, baker, and gardener, she was a devout Catholic attending Our Lady of the Rosary Parish for decades.
Generous to family, loving and devoted in her role as wife, Frieda provided special childhood memories to both Andrea and Andreas. Always independent and self-sufficient, she loved her home, garden and living in Langford.
Frieda was predeceased by her second husband Günther and stepson Jürgen, and is survived by Maria, Andrea, stepsons Andreas and Detlef, and extended family and friends.
Frieda will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered.
