Gerry is predeceased by his birth mother, Katalin Maria McIntosh (Hangodi), grandfather, Janos Hangodi, grandmother, Katalin Hangodi (Mate), father, William G. McIntosh, stepmother, Doreen McIntosh cousin, Matthew Hangodi and uncle, Janos Hangodi.
He is survived by his sister, Karen Hildebrand (McIntosh) brother-in-law, Randy Hildebrand, niece, Ilsa Hildebrand, nephew, Isaac Hildebrand, and members of the Hangodi, Farkas and McIntosh families around the world as well as friends, work colleagues and his most loyal friend, his english bull terrier, Dakota.
Gerry will always be remembered for his gentle and kind spirit and for his unbelievable commitment to family.
Funeral: Thursday, February 24th at 12 noon at St Andrews Cathedral followed by interment at 2 pm at Royal Oak Burial Park.
