Gisele will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 69 years, Roberto; children, Claudio, Alex, Octavio, Adrian, and Flavio; grandchildren, Ana Paula, Samadhy, Erica, Alessia, Giancarlo, Calista, and Kyleigh ; and numerous other family members and friends.
Gisele was predeceased by her parents, Alberto and Zelda; and brother Jacquot.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, 2:00 pm-5:00 pm at First Memorial Funeral Services 4725 Falaise Dr, Victoria, BC V8Y 1B4.
Memorial donations may be made to Mount St Mary Hospital 861 Fairfield Road, Victoria BC V8V 5A9.

Gisele was born in Paris, France on December 4th, 1930 where she attended school until 1948 at which time she along with her family immigrated to
Mexico. On the journey to Mexico by ship, she lost her Mother who is buried in New York City. Gisele settled in Mexico City with her father and brother. In 1953 Gisele married Roberto and they raised their five sons. In 1984 Roberto and Gisele moved to Victoria
where Gisele worked as a french teacher and tutor of French and Spanish for many years. Gisele loved her students and teaching and continued tutoring in the care home where she lived over the last 1 1/2 years.
Gisele was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and dear friend to many.
Gisele was a woman of many passions including, playing the piano, teaching french and Spanish, classical music, art, chocolate, pastries, and most of all her family and friends.
