We wish to express our greatest appreciation and gratitude to the doctors, nurses, care aides, cleaning staff and food services of the RJH Palliative Care Unit who went above and beyond to make Grant's last months comfortable.
The love and support of his family and friends was a great comfort to Grant.
Grant will live in our hearts forever and remembering his wonderful smile will brighten our days.
With respect for Grant's wishes there will be no service.
