Hazel was surrounded by her husband Barry, and her two daughters Tracey and Krista when she unexpectedly and peacefully passed at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital.
Her hugs and her kind, mischievous and loving spirit will be missed dearly by the many family and friends who meant the world to her. We all admired her strength and resilience.
